Our online ordering system also has additional advantages. For one, it makes it easier for you to settle your obligations under the Dutch Opium Act. You would no longer be required to send the Healthcare Inspectorate a copy of your IMM receipts once every three months. Instead, the Inspectorate considers the BROKIS archives to be a proper digital archive as required by the Opium Act. You would also no longer receive Opium Act letters in the mail; these are included in BROKIS by default, for you to then export to Excel. This way, you are able to conveniently review your details on your computer, and no longer need to physically sign and return letters.
